Nicola is the owner of CrossFit Sydenham, CrossFit Catford and South East London Weightlifting Club. A dedicated and experienced coach, Nicola holds a CrossFit Level 2 certification, is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and a Level 2 British Weightlifting Coach. She is also a pre- and postnatal qualified coach, bringing valuable expertise to support women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Nicola not only loves training with the CrossFit community but trained in Olympic Weightlifting for 3 years with team England and was selected for the Commonwealth Championships in 2022. Her passion now lies in creating a welcoming, encouraging and diverse community where individuals from all walks of life feel empowered to grow stronger.

Georgia-Rose is a Level 2 British Weight Lifting coach who discovered her passion for Olympic Weightlifting through our club, South East London Weightlifting Club. While she no longer coaches regularly, she plays a vital role behind the scenes, working to grow our community and ensure the gym continues to thrive. You’ll often see her around, always championing the sport and supporting our members.

With over 10 years of CrossFit experience, Bryan is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and Level 3 PT from South Africa. He specialises in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sports massage, helping athletes of all levels stay strong and mobile. Bryan’s friendly, approachable coaching style makes every session supportive and engaging— especially if you enjoy a good Dad joke.
